Today, Fine Point Homes is led by both Alan and Leah Littenberg. In the same way marriage unites two people into one family, the marriage of our construction and real estate arms unite into the perfect homeowner’s team.
Alan stood with a sledgehammer in hand. The Littenbergs’ soon to be first home was covered in dust and the newly married couple was frustrated.
They were tired of a general contractor who kept pushing deadlines and increasing costs. It became so miserable Alan was doing some of the work himself - leading to this moment of exhaustion in their half demolished kitchen.
Between the remodel and the struggle Leah, deep into her real estate career, saw on the buy and sell side, the Littenbergs knew there had to be a better way to get people like themselves into a home they loved.
Out of this realization, Fine Point Homes was born.
