When it comes to remodeling and renovations, Fine Point Homes focuses on clearing away the confusion. Through a crystal clear process, we keep your needs and quality construction at the center of everything we do.
Educating clients on what goes into a project, our clients understand the variables others never touch on. The process shows clients how certain issues could change the price of a project and helps us set expectations on how long the journey could take in the real world, not a perfect one.
The Process:
Initial Budget Planning - Our process starts with a better understanding of you and your goals. Through our questionnaire and an in person meeting at your home, we discuss the project in its entirety. This includes any variables we may encounter throughout the remodel as well as the project’s budget and timeline.
Pre-Construction - After agreeing to move forward, the pre-construction phase includes in-depth planning, site discovery (searching for any unexpected surprises), product selection and permitting. At this point, we refine our budget based on the decisions made and prepare to start the remodel.
Construction - The work has started! From demo to finish out, Fine Point Homes Construction takes care to provide the highest quality service and product. The team strives for zero items on our punch list, meaning we finish the project 100% before handing over the keys.
Throughout the process, we will stay in constant communication and set realistic expectations. While construction projects are never perfect, we stand behind our work and will do what’s necessary to ensure you are pleased.
